TRANSFORMATION OF THE SOCIAL HALL

On Tuesday the chairs were taken down and the tables rearranged in the Social Hall. It started the transformation of the room into the shoppes for the bazaar. On Wednesday Larry helped to hang up the banners,
Thanks to Pat's diagram and knowledge  the tables and banners were arranged for each store.


Ron and Tom helped to hang lattice for the General Stores.

On Thursday the shoppes started to take form. Eldon and Martha put the shelving together for the General Store.
All the table clothes were put on and the Unique Boutique put out the jewelry displays.
Pat works hard everyday getting things arranged for the bazaar.
Jan works in the Made with Love shop.
The Holiday Shop takes a lot of work to get it ready. Plus they work all summer making the beautiful arrangements.
The room is started to look different.
Thanks to Kay and Sherry there are lots of delicious jams, pickles and sauces for the General Store. Martha, Linda and Sally help Kay get the labels and prices on the jars.

On Friday  many hand were available to get the shops finished.
Trees set out, and one was quickly sold.

Sally, Martha and Linda continue to stock the General store.
Where to display it all is the biggest problem.
They do a beautiful job.
Noelene works on the gift card tree. Buy a $5.00 ticket and you could win $535 worth of gift cards.
Young women of God Circle made packages of ornaments you can make.
Janet and Bill work to get the North Pole ready for Santa.
Janet has ornaments ready for the children to make.
Pat works on the silent auction.
There are many items for you to bid on.

By the end of the day on Friday all the shops were ready for shoppers tomorrow morning.

While the room was getting ready for the bazaar Carolyn and Judy had a table at Summit Green's Residence Days sharing about FUMC, UMW, and the bazaar.
